Sherry L. Navin-McKenzie

Sherry L. Navin-McKenzie, of Chelsea, MI, age 66, passed away at Michigan Medicine on May 17, 2019. She was born on January 9, 1953 the daughter of George and Betty (Campbell) Navin in Ann Arbor, MI. Sherry had lived in Chelsea her entire life. She graduated from Chelsea High School in 1971. On June 14, 1981 she married John F. McKenzie in Lansing, MI.  She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, and babysitting her grandchildren. She was warm and brave, and really enjoyed life. She really loved the lake life and camping at Sugarloaf Lake, Portage Lake and Green Lake. Sherry is survived by her husband, John, and four children, Justin (Brittina Wiese) Navin of Chelsea, Emily (Joe) van der Waardof Chelsea, Margaret McKenzie of Chelsea, and John (Christina) McKenzie of Fowlerville; five grandchildren, and  one sister, Robbie Renkes of Ann Arbor. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family. Arrangements by Staffan-Mitchell Funeral Home, Chelsea.

So sorry to hear of Sherry's passing.
Last saw her at my in laws moving sale a few years ago. We had a good time catching up.
My prayers to her family on your loss. She will be missed.
