Keith Abraham Grifka

Keith Abraham Grifka, loving husband of Heather, passed away peacefully at his home on June 16, 2019. Keith was born on May 20, 1979 in Ypsilanti, MI the son of William A. and Mary L. (Hacker) Grifka. He attended school in Chelsea and graduated from Chelsea High School. He was employed at the Corporate office for Home Depot in Georgia/Florida for several years, after moving back to Michigan only to maintain contact with his children (Madison and Ethan) who were the most important thing in his life. He became an employee at Breasco in Ypsilanti, MI.

Keith is survived by his wife, Heather Marie, his children, Madison Marie and Ethan Shane, his parents, William A. and Mary L. Grifka, his sisters, Mary K. (John) Bell and Rose Hurst, his brother, Kevin (Shasta) Grifka, and several nieces and nephews. Keith was preceded in death by his brother, Ron Grifka.

Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Chelsea, with the V. Rev. Dr. William J. Canon Turner officiating. A private burial will take place at a later date. The family will receive friends at St. Mary Catholic Church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of Mass. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family.

My sincerest condolences. I had the pleasure of working closely with Keith at Home Depot. we spent many hours together talking about life in general. He will be missed.
