Scott David Chrisinske, age 51, of Munith, Michigan, passed away on April 27, 2026 at his home. Scott was born on August 28, 1974 in Lansing, MI, the son of Michael and Beverly (Smith) Chrisinske.
He was raised in Dansville and graduated from Dansville High School in 1992. Scott had lived his entire life in the area, where he dedicated himself to working on the family farm. He was talented with his hands and could fix anything, always had a car project underway. An avid outdoorsman, Scott found joy in hunting and fishing, and spending time with his friends. He also had a special place in his heart for his dogs.
Scott married Valerie (Reilly) on July 18, 2015 in Munith, Michigan. Surviving are his wife, Valerie Chrisinske; son, Nathan Chrisinske; mother, Beverly Smith of Leslie; a brother, Brian (Thomi) Chrisinske of Dansville; and nieces and nephews: Lance (Taylor), Dani (Charlie), and Logan; a great-nephew, Max; and a great-niece, Amara. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Chrisinske.
Visitation will be held at the Caskey-Mitchell Funeral Home, Stockbridge, on Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 2-4 p.m.
A Celebration of Life is being planned at the family farm on Saturday, May 16, 2026, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stockbridge FFA or the Cascades Humane Society.
