Patricia Ann Sinn-Clemens, age 91, of Lebanon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025, at West Chester Hospital in West Chester, OH.

Patricia was born January 11, 1934, in Whitehouse, Ohio, the daughter of Chester and Pearl (Studer) Kinsey. She grew up in Van Wert, Ohio and graduated from Van Wert High School in 1951. Patricia went on to earn her undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University and, later in life, her master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University.

She married Robert W. Sinn in June 1954 in Van Wert, OH. Together they raised three children—Holly, Stuart, and Robert. They made their home in many places over the years, but mainly in the Plainwell, MI area. Patricia and Robert also enjoyed their time at their home on Sugarloaf Lake in Chelsea, MI and were members of the United Methodist Church for many years. They were devoted Michigan football fans and season ticket holders for many years. Patricia and Robert shared 39 years of marriage before his passing in 1993.

In October 1996, Patricia married Ralph B. Clemens, and together they enjoyed traveling the world and spending time with family and friends. He passed away in December 2019.

Patricia dearly loved her family and spoke of them often with pride and affection. She was an avid reader, and when her eyesight dimmed, loved to listen to books on audiotape. She loved cooking and baking, and she enjoyed making Christmas cookies and her famous Snickerdoodles.

Patricia is survived by a daughter, Holly Sinn-Bailey, of Kenton, OH; son, Robert (Francine) Sinn, of Lisle, IL; five grandchildren: Christopher (Leslie), Kevlin (Ethan), Adrian (Andrew), Dylan (Victoria), and Jacob (Carissa); and two great-grandchildren, Georgette and Viola. She is also survived by her sister, Carol Kinsey.

In addition to her first husband, Robert Sinn, and second husband, Ralph Clemens, Patricia was preceded in death by a son, Stuart Sinn, in 2014, as well as her brother, Richard Kinsey, and sister, Marilyn Poore.
