Brenda Mertha Mason, age 84, passed away peacefully at home on June 23, 2026.
She was born January 1, 1942 to Grant and Mollie Johnson. Brenda married the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Mason, in January 1959, and together they raised a devoted and loving family.
Known to many as “Momma Mason,” Brenda filled every chapter of her life with love, laughter, and adventure. Her kindness touched countless lives; her warm smile could brighten any room, and she had a special gift for making people feel seen and cared for. She celebrated each day with appreciation and a joyful spirit that was contagious. To know Brenda was to be welcomed at her table and fed with both food and love.
Her legacy of unconditional love, hospitality, and joy will continue to inspire all who knew her. Though she is dearly missed, her bright spirit remains a guiding light in the hearts of everyone she welcomed into her life.
